Greetings from Black Heart Barber Company. Our cancellation policy operates as such- To respect our barbers time and schedule, we have a 4 hour minimum cancellation policy. If your appointment is not cancelled or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will be documented as a no show. After your first no show you will be charged 100% for all following no shows that occur within a 6 month period. If you are a FIRST TIME CLIENT and no show your Barber, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. If you are receiving this message you have been documented as a no show.
