Victor was born and raised in Columbus and moved to Cincinnati in 1985. After retiring from his career at AT&T, he graduated from the Cincinnati School of Barbering in 2006, opening Delhi Barbers in April of 2008.
He loves barbering, and would like to train a new barber for his chair when he slows down in a few years.
